Ingredients:
1 cup organic natural goat yoghurt (unsweetened, plain)
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries (preferably organic)
Method:
Prepare the ingredients:
If using frozen blueberries, let them thaw a bit.
Optionally mash the blueberries with a fork or pulse briefly in a blender for easier mixing and better distribution.
Mix together:
In a bowl, stir together the goat yoghurt and blueberries until well combined.
Portion into ice cube trays:
Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds (small dog-friendly shapes if you have them!).
Freeze:
Place the trays in the freezer and freeze for 3–4 hours or until solid.
