Westies & Besties Ltd produce a monthly digital version of Westies & Besties Magazine. This digital version is available on Issuu for an annual subscription and for single issues of the magazine. – https://issuu.com/publishers/westiesandbestiesmagazine/subscribe
Westies & Besties Ltd also produce a monthly print version of Westies & Besties Magazine. This print version is available to purchase as a one-time single issue, 6 issues, and 12 issues.
A subscription agreement is formed between you, the customer, and us at Westies & Besties Ltd when we receive an acknowledge of payment from Stripe for a print subscription and details such as name and address have been provided for the print version in order for us to send it to the recipient via Royal Mail.

Westies & Besties Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
When a subscription is purchased, a contract will begin between the customer and Westies & Besties Ltd. The customer will receive the first issue published in the same month as when the purchase was made provided, we receive payment for your subscription before the 15th of each month.
Once a subscription has been purchased, Westies & Besties is unable to change this subscription to a different subscription and will not accept cancellation of the subscription unless you inform us within 14 days of receiving your first copy of the magazine in digital or in print format except in limited circumstances set out below (see Cancellations).
The print version of Westies & Besties Magazine will be available from the 5th of each month. Westies & Besties aims to ensure customers of print subscriptions receive their monthly issue at the latest of the 15th of each month. Postage and packaging are included in the total subscription cost mentioned at checkout.
Save in respect of the first delivery under a subscription contract, if there is a delay in the delivery of the print edition of Westies & Besties Ltd, we will aim to ensure customers receive the print magazine by the 15th of each month, but we cannot guarantee this. However, if delivery is not made by the 22nd of the month we will provide the customer with a free of charge edition which will be added to the end of your subscription.
Print Subscription Renewals
Your subscription to a 6-month, or 12-month print subscription will automatically renew in the same month 6 months or 12 months later when the current subscription is due to expire. If you do not wish to renew your subscription you must write to us informing us of this 1 month prior to when your current subscription is due to end. See “Autorenewals” for more information.
Payments for initial print subscriptions are taken by Stripe immediately upon purchase.
Autorenewal payments will be taken for the full subscription amount as initially purchased and for the same subscription. This autorenewal payment will be taken during the final month of your current active subscription. If you wish to renew on a different subscription, you will need to cancel your existing subscription (see “Cancellations” below) and register for a new one.
If you do not wish to renew your subscription when it is due for autorenewal you must write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of this 1 month prior to when your current subscription is due to end regardless of whether you have a digital or print subscription. Once we receive your request, we will keep your data – name, address, and email for 6 months after receiving your request. At this point, Westies & Besties Ltd will delete your personal data from our records.
Westies & Besties Magazine will contact you to inform you that your subscription is due for autorenewal prior to your 1 months’ notice.
If you change your mind about subscribing to Westies & Besties print or digital edition of the Magazine you must inform us of this within 14 days of receiving your first print copy and digital download of the magazine by writing to us at email@example.com. We will cancel your print and/or digital subscription from the next available month/edition of the magazine. You will still be charged for the month/edition in which you have sent your cancellation request.
If you are not happy with your current subscription and wish to cancel it please email: firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your first digital or print copy of the magazine and we will issue a refund for the remainder of your subscription.
If you do not contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving your first digital or print copy of the magazine a refund will not be provided.
The exception to this is where there is a technical problem on Issuu that prevents the download of a digital version or if a download is unviewable due to technical problems with Issuu or if a copy of your print edition of the magazine is damaged.
The refund we will supply will exclude the current edition published in the same month as your refund request but will include all subsequent upcoming editions.
Termination of contract
Westies & Besties Ltd has the right to terminate a print magazine subscription contract if autorenewal payments are refused by a customer’s bank once the subscription is due for autorenewal. Westies & Besties Ltd will inform the customer that payment has not been cleared and if the customer does not wish to continue subscribing the initial contract will be terminated by us.
Our content is uploaded and displayed on digital platform, Issuu. If a customer experiences defective content or believes the digital experience has damaged a device, please let us know in writing at email@example.com and we will pass this information on to Issuu. If the findings show the digital content problem is caused by Westies & Besties Ltd, we will endeavour to fix the technical problem within a reasonable timeframe and will keep our customers informed of progress on our website.
In connection with your use of the website, you acknowledge and agree that you will not:
Copy, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, otherwise attempt to discover the source code, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any content or information, software, products or services obtained through the website;
Manipulate, modify, or edit the content or website or display the website or magazine by using framing or similar navigational technology.
Obtain unauthorized access to the website, the server on which our website is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the website or harvest or otherwise collect information about other users or subscribers without their consent.
All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the materials included in or made available by the website is owned by Westies & Besties or our licensors. All rights reserved. Neither the content nor the Westies & Besties Magazine logo can be used or reproduced in any way. The materials are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets and/or other proprietary rights and laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to use, view and/or play the materials on the website, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You may make one printed copy of each article on the website or in the magazine solely for your personal use. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have copied in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our website and magazine must always be acknowledged.
